What should stand out in a teacher's CV?
In a teacher's resume, the questions the school wants answered are clear: what is your subject, which age group and curriculum did you work with, and what kind of results did you achieve in the classroom. Try to answer these three questions in the first half-page.
Which template?
Nova: single-column, clean, and ATS-compliant. School administration or human resources scanners read the text smoothly.
Recommended section order
Personal information → Short summary → Education and teaching credentials → Experience → Certifications and in-service training → Languages → References. If you are a recent graduate, put education and student teaching/practicum ahead of experience.
How should you write your experience?
Instead of writing "Taught mathematics," write the scope: grade level, number of students, method used, and result. For example, explain an increase in written exam grade averages or an activity you prepared with a concrete sentence. Do not invent a number you don't have; only write results you can verify.
Digital and methodological skills
Summarize remote learning tools, assessment-evaluation methods, and classroom management approaches in a short skills line.
